Franknfurter

I setup up the Z-axis to work with the end stop to match the options in the operation menu in the print options. However, in the bed leveling wizard, the Z-axis goes in the opposite direction up is down and down is up. This is for a custom printer I made using a Arduino board. Why is it different? Thanks
