Hello everyone. We were just fortunate enough to buy our third printer, and decided to get a UM2X+. We are having a strange problem with 50% of our prints where about an hour into the print, the entire glass build platform shifts. Anybody got any ideas? We think maybe the extruded nozzle is grabbing the part occasionally during a traverse, but can't figure out what setting in the software would allow that to happen. Thanks! EBS
