Just the simplest, rectilinear, but unfortunately this is on the old Cura engine 14.xxx

Hello everyone. I'm currently doing tensile testing experiments, and am wondering if there is a simple way to determine the cross-sectional area of a print of infill % less than 100 and varying shell and top/bottom layers. The shells are straightforward, but what about (for example: 81% infill with a 0.4mm nozzle?) Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.
