Finally, i received an answer to my issue over the german Distributor iGo3D:

Please use the Firmware in the Cura Version 15.xx.xx meanwhie.

The Firmware-Bug of Cura 2.1.3 will be fixed in the next Cura 2 Version.

Hi all,

When we printed with 0.8mm nozzle, 0.3mm layer, CURA set temperature to 240 C. After some time the printer went out of material so the change of material roll was necessary.

We pressed pause, so that the printing process could be resumed after the new material roll was inserted. Than we pressed Change material and the printer made announcement for reversing material mode. Then we pressed ready and the printer just kept on doing this strange loop of cooling and heating the nozzle instead, like it had some kind of conflict inside the program.  The inserting material mode could not start because of this loop.

I assume this has happened because the temperature was set to 240 C in CURA Print Job settings, but the temperature option in printer insert PLA material settings is set to 210 C by default and could not be corrected.

I have tried this two more times with new prints and same things is happen.
