So I purchased my UM3 a few months ago, ran a few prints on it with no problem, then rebooted it one day and it would not get past the Ultimaker logo (fans turned on for a minute and LEDs come on, but nothing else). Tried rebooting it many times with no luck. I sent it back to the reseller, and if worked no problem for them. They sent it back to me, I ran some prints and after about 4-5 prints, its stuck on the Ultimaker logo again. I've tried unplugging it for an hour, replugging it in but no luck. It seems to be some sort of intermittent problem which is frustrating. Any ideas? I'm pushing them to just replace it, but if there is an easy fix I'd prefer that. Thanks so much!!
