  1. Thanks @gr5, It was as simple as that. I should have been more specific that this is an Ultimaker 2Go. So what I did was use the menu system to help me back out the filament as if I was doing a change. Once out I could see that on my filament role the gears had dug in just a little too much at their current position and must have been causing it to stick. I cut off the filament just after that point, re-fed and it started printing as expected. Thanks for your help!
  2. Hi all, New to the forums. My printer arrived today. Unpacked it and went through the setup steps in the andoid app. Leveled the bed, the feeder pulled in my filament, and appears to have the right tension (little divots on the filament in the tube). It was extruding through just fine during the setup, then I heat it up for my first print, nothing coming out. I looked around the forum a bit, and most of the time it appears something like this is a worn part or need for cleaning, but I literally just unpacked this. Where did I go wrong, what can i do to fix it and how do I avoid doing it again? Thanks for any help. Please ask if I'm missing some troubleshooting details.
