DD Packaging Design

We are trying to print with PC. We need a material that can operate in high temperatures.With our prints we encouter a lot of warping. A little is no problme for out use, but less is better and sometimes it completely comes lose and that we can start all over again. We have an adhension plate from BuildTak and we have this spray from 3DLac. We tried using both but still our print failed. Can using both be the problem or is the problem in other settings (nozzle distance/heat/flow etc)?
