Hi.
I'm new, so please bear with me.
We just updated our Ultimaker 2+ with the latest hardware. It prints correctly if you put an SD card in the printer. However, if you print from the PC using Cura (which used to work fine), the extruder head stays all the way raised and to the left rear (that is, it does not drop the the base plate) and starts printing from that raised position.
I'm stumped, but then, I'm new. Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
