Yes, what  Dustin said.  Try everything they mention but a very common cause is the front fan.  So try disconnecting it.  If that's the issue it could be that this is fixed in a newer firmware - which firmware do you have?

But also of course try the other things in that article.

Keep running that sensor test and try to get it below 7 or 8.

I currently have 8.2.0 firmware, it's the latest release. I've done everything accept replacing the print heads and disconnecting the front fan, I actually have another front fan here since that is a problematic issue with these printers...

  2. I had this same issue out of the blue and I tried like 6 times to reprint and they all failed, the seventh time it started measuring the build plate and it did most of them but then again failed and got the bed leveling error. So I shut down the machine and restarted it and still the same most of the bed measured then the error.... I have yet to figure out from this post exactly what is the cause of this error? I did a leveling sensor test and the noise level is 10.23 and it never even got close to the plate and the second time it was 8.87, third one was 13.11

Update it finally after the 10th try it measured and is printing again but I didn't change anything? Never seen anything like this ??
