  1. Thank you for your reply! I tested your suggestion and had to bring up the "Support X/Y Distance" to at least 1.3mm to get rid of the crossing support lines. I am a little bit concerned how the almost double XY Distance will affect the print but I guess I will test to print it with these settings. If you still got the settings of your tests I would appreciate if you could share all of them. However thanks for your help!

  3. This model is relatively complex and needs a lot of support. I used tree support and in the layers 56 to 69 all the support infill goes right through the whole model, what results in drasticly reduced skin quality. It seems like the supports want to anchor into the model to get stability and i cant find a way to deactivate this feature/problem. Is there a setting to switch on or off? The only way i figured out yet is to reduce support infill to 0% but i dont want all the supports to collapse ...
