Thank you for your reply! I appreciate it. I just did the manual leveling and tried a quick print. After the build plate moved up it showed the same error and then it went on to 'active leveling' by itself ending with the same error.

I keep getting this error on my UM3 "difference between detcted height of both printcores exceeds realistic expectations". Active leveling doesn't work (it won't print the XY caliberation). Read a bunch of forums but nothing has worked for me so far. The initial problem was that after the print went on for 1 out of 5 hours the build plate distance from the nozzle was too large and the nozzle keet moving in the air, thus ruining the print barely halfway through (happened multiple times). Help would be appreciated!!
