Hi Kevin Did you ever find the answer to this question? Like you I have a Balco and I use 3.4.1 but I have tried 4.1.0 and I can't do it with that version either. I also have version 15.04.03 which I had to use when I first got the printer because the supplied version (3.4.1) didn't work because of my outdated video driver. The odd thing is that 15.-4.3 doesn't give the error but will only show something in Layer mode, the rest of the modes are blank. John.
