It doesn't change shape, at least what I'm seeing, and it does look the same whatever angle, but it is harder to see in some places because of the light. bshroud5c.stl

When I slice this particular object, it always has these strange stripes going down the body. It also shows up on the print. Does anyone know why its happening and how to fix it? Thanks!
