  1. Hello! I've just send in a second support ticket about essentials with some questions. When I submitted the ticket I got the following email: Hello, Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, you do not appear to have an Ultimaker Essentials Subscription. To subscribe, please use the link provided below. Already subscribed, or is something still unclear? Simply reply to this email and a member of our support staff will respond. Subscribe to Ultimaker Essentials. I am not sure if my ticket was send and/or received . Any way I (or you :P) can check this? Really want to start checking this out this week. Don't have a lot of time after that 😞

  3. I'm the IT admin for our company and I've signed up for the new Ultimaker Essentials early access program. I've signed up yesterday after the launch event and got my confirmation email. I made my Ultimaker account today (around 11:00 a.m.) and went to the link provided in the confirmation email (https://subscription.ultimaker.com). It keeps giving me the following message: No access to Ultimaker Essentials Please be advised: it may take up to 15 minutes before your essentials service is activated in our eco-system - please try again later. It has been a couple of hours since I made the account and a day when I signed up. Did I forget something, should I keep on waiting or can anyone help me get in?
