  1. I have this recurrent problem with underextrusion (printer printing air). I have this with all types of filament of different brands/materials at the start/end/middle of a filament spool. It is simply a random generator. Sometimes the feeder starts slipping immediately, sometimes it takes a few hours, but a print of more than 10 hrs is out of question.

I clean the feeder every time this happens.

I adjusted tension with the screw to middle, maximum, minimum...

    I cleaned the bowden tube

Is there anything else i can try?

  2. Thanks for the guides.

(Plastic has not moved. I printed this L-shape to demonstrate the angle. I  see this in all other prints but I printed this shape to demonstrate what is wrong. The curve seems to be a consequence of a cheap cell phone camera.)

I will try to align axes with the first guide since visually, nothing seems wrong (bit difficult to eyeball a 88° or 92° degree angle) . I am now printing the calibration sticks. I do not have a torque screwdriver. Is this a problem?

  3. Hello

this is my first post on this forum. Prints from my ultimaker (using cura 4.6.1and makerfill PLA, different colors) result in disappointing quality. Printing in the z-axis is severely bent inwards (photo 1), straight corners are not straight (photo2), top layer is not flat (somewhat "bubbly") (photo 3)...

A second problem occurs with makerfille ABS where the adhesion between the layers is very weak resulting in very fragile models. Cura has so many, many settings I don't know where to start tinkering. Any advice  would be appreciated.
