[Ugly blob at the end of printing model]

It's not problem with file it happens always. Ugly blob at the end of printing. I decrease speed, flow and temperature but models still look same.

It's not the problem with filament flow or filament as itself. In case of smaller model printer starts to make new layer slightly next to the previous one - looks like 1-2mm offset in x/y direction. Settings were the same for the bigger model as well as smaller one, filament was not removed or even touched.

Thank you for your response. I have Ultimaker 3. Yesterday the printer print huge model and everything was okay. I attach gcode (name: femur zdrowa) which prited ugly and the model from yeasterday which has good quality (name UM#_Zegzula forma).

My printer did very ugly printed models. It was strange because one model was finished and the quality was good and I   start printing the bon and it looks like on the photo (low models). I checked fans and print settings and didn't find mistakes. My colleagues had and idea that maybe  is problem with new cura update (5.0.0). I chacked it. Return tu Cura 4.10.0 and prited the same  model and it was much better (the top model on picture) but still have some problem with  offsets on the layers. Did you have any ideas what should I chacked or change in printer or printing setting?

Thank you for your answer. The fans was my first thought but they work correctly. I also cheked temperature, speed and filament and still something was wrong so today I change the printcore. And that is solve of my problem. Probably old printcore was scorched in some area of nozzle. I try to clean it.

I have problem with printed surface but only at one side of print. Printed model were always very good, but since month left side of printed models always has very bad quality. I checked  fan and they worked I also calibrated printer, but everything is okay and models still have poor left side quality
