[Horizontal lines (features, holes in wall)]

Hi!
I do have wired horizontal lines in my prints after a platform is printed or a hole is through the perimeters.

I print with 5.3.1 Version from inside out. 

I do have this on different printers, materials and nozzles. 

Voron has this issue

Professional printer do have this issue

Prusa has this issue

Bambu does not have this issues???

 

I just always hear a blame on "hardware issues" including the filament but nothing about the software...

I did a lot of google research but no one seems to know the real root cause of this and how to fix it?

[Prime pillar/tower dual print issue (missing layer, air layer)]

Hi,

 

when I perform a dual print with prime pillar selected I face the issue that the second nozzle (inner portion of the prime pillar) is printing just every second layer.

This leads to "air layers" within the prime tower and the filament cannot stick well  together and over time the print quality gets bad since it transfers oozed filament from the pillar to the print model. How can I fix that?

Why is CURA putting a T1 at the start of the gcode (no it is not in the machine settings) and where can I change it?

Did they move the location of the json files as well in Cure 5.0?

I wanna change the setting "machine_nozzle_heat_up_speed" from standard "2" to "1". on a custom printer profile.

Where can I find exactly this settings on a Mac?
