Hello, I work at a library and we just had a Wanhao Duplicator 4S donated to us and I am trying to getting it to work with the Cura, I have the printer connected to my computer with a USB cable. I can prepare and preview designs with it, but when I go to monitor it, it says please connect the printer, it's not recognizing the USB and I have tried multiple cables with it. Any suggestions? Thank You!
