Hi, For the last few weeks, the status of our S5 has been frozen on "Uknown" in digital factory. It's more annoying than anything, it's still possible to start new print jobs etc. I've tried updating firmware, removing and re-adding the printer, and turning it off and on again, but these have not fixed the issue. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this? Thanks!
