Posted · S5 status frozen in digital factory

Hi,

For the last few weeks, the status of our S5 has been frozen on "Uknown" in digital factory. It's more annoying than anything, it's still possible to start new print jobs etc. I've tried updating firmware, removing and re-adding the printer, and turning it off and on again, but these have not fixed the issue.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Thanks!

I have exactly the same issue and have contacted support and so far they have asked if I have removed the printer from Digital Factory, which I have now done and I still have the same issue. The printer has also been restarted. I am just waiting on support to get back to me now for the next steps.

I have exactly the same problem with our S7 printer.

It seems that the printer failed to acknowledge a finished print job, and this old job stays in "unknown" state forever.

I already rebooted, removed and re-added to digital factory, and nothing works.

I already sent dozens of new jobs to the printer, but it doens't come out of this "unknown" state.

    Same problem here.

I aborted a job and since then the status is frozen in "Aborted" state while printer accepts, prints and queues new jobs.

    Anybody found a solution?
