S5 status frozen in digital factory

Hi,

 

For the last few weeks, the status of our S5 has been frozen on "Uknown" in digital factory. It's more annoying than anything, it's still possible to start new print jobs etc. I've tried updating firmware, removing and re-adding the printer, and turning it off and on again, but these have not fixed the issue.

 

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Can you look again, and maybe trying printing something. I may have fixed it now.

I've tried printing some test objects with the printer, but nothing has changed in the Digital Factory view.

I have exactly the same issue and have contacted support and so far they have asked if I have removed the printer from Digital Factory, which I have now done and I still have the same issue. The printer has also been restarted. I am just waiting on support to get back to me now for the next steps.
