[Printer head]

Hello, I have a problem with printer head. Ender 3 V2 Neo. 

When printing is finished and the confirm button is pressed, the printer head slides down until nozzle touch the bottom.

maybe the screw needs to be tightened, but I don't know which one?

Z seam alignment - sharpest corner;

Seam corner preference - hide seam.
