  1. What is the voltage of the capacitive sensor of the UM S5? we are servicing one for a client and it looks like the heatsink fan and the capacitive sensor plugs were swapped with eachother at some point, and i am wondering if this may have damaged the sensor. i also ran the sensor diagnostic test 3 times and got results of 5.1, 5.8, and 3.4, it is odd that they vary so wildly. the machine also says it cannot print as the homing function was unable to work properly when starting a print.

  2. i am servicing a S5 3d printer for a client and have got to the point of doing a test print, but it keeps saying it cannot do the active levelling and cancels the print, i would like to bypass the auto levelling to do the print to check of things are working now. i know this is a new problem it has now but i would like to confirm the other fixes by doing a test print first.

on a related note, turns out the hotend fan and the capacitive sensor plugs had been previously swapped with eachother. what are the chances the capacitive sensor has been damaged by being plugged into the heatsink fan port?

With the printer switched on, just put the filament roll in the Material Station and put the tip of the filament in the correct entry port (depending on which print core you want to use).

The Material Station should then grab the filament and either detect the type with NFC or prompt the user to select the correct filament.

yes i do this but it only pulls the filament in a few millimeters and then stops. and i cannot find a way of making it insert filament all the way to the nozzle
