Hi everyone,
I'm working on a brillant new project, developing a huge 3D printer (mt3x2xh2), working with pellet.
We use different type of extruders, from 2mm to 8mm, and expecially when we work with the biggest ones, we front an annoying result:
at the time of the Z movement, the code generates also a totally useless stripe with G0, here belw an exemple on a simple lay-out:
{LAYER:2
{TYPE:WALL-OUTER
{MESH:Quadrato.stl
G1 F6000 X-497.5 Y497.5 W467.91259
G1 X497.5 Y497.5 W467.91259
G1 X497.5 Y0.00 W233.9563
G1 X497.5 Y-497.5 W233.9563
G1 X-497.5 Y-497.5 W467.91259 G0 F7200 X-497.5 Y-497.4
{MESH:NONMESH
G0 F600 X-497.5 Y-497.4 Z4.2 G0 F7200 X-497.5 Y-497.5
{TIME_ELAPSED:127.249111
{LAYER:3
the red stripes generate some movements on the printer giving up to an horrible seam (see the image attached).
In your incredible experience, do you think is possible to manage Cura in order to not exit with these stripes?
Thank you
Best
