Hello, yes I do print over the network and no I don't have the material station or the air manager. As per the screen shot below, I think that we do use the Ultimaker digital factory to manage the print queue and maintenance. Can you tell me why you would recommend sticking with 6.5.2 as opposed to the stable version of the newer FW?

I have an Ultimaker S5 with FW version 6.5.2, and it is set up to update over the network. I am trying to install the new stable version, 8.1.1. however, it says it is up to date on the printer manager page, and when I plugged a USB into the printer with the new FW on it, it did not load or did not recognise it in the update firmware option on the printer. please advise.
