This is only an example, not the head I want. Will this print and actually show up as something I can paint if I am using grey resin?

Hi, I am trying to print dice for a little board game my class has created. I am fairly new to designed my own prints. How can I print a dice that has a lion head on one side? How can I make that little indention that dice have but in the shape of that head? Thanks for your help, any is appreciated.
