DHU

Hello this is my first question and will appreciate any help. I am printing a gear assembly design, however all but one stl file will open. My 25 teeth gear comes up with a message saying "why does ultimaker say file could be corrupt, innacessible or not contain models", when opening and i dont understand what the difference is between this and the other files are. please help! Thank you!
