This is Ultimater Black PLA filament. Used the default settings in Cura. Changed the temperatures also a bit, but the results are still the same. Perhaps a bad batch of filament? The white and transparent filament of Ultimaker print somewhat better, but still not perfect.

I get results like this from my Ultimaker 2+. What is the issue here? How can I troubleshoot it? Leveling is correct and the printer is less than a year old. Thanks
