Greg, Appreciate getting back with me. I used to be pretty proficient with Catia back in the day, this is like the first difficult body I am creating in shaper 3D. On top of that this is my first 3D printer. Theoretically everything should be flat down there but I think it has something to do with poor Construction technique. This is all good information. thank you Dennis

The brim is not completely going around the perimeter. I have printed this part before and the brim did go all the way around the perimeter. version5.5.0
