Hello 3D Printing Enthusiasts! I've been working on a project to 3D print a custom-designed phone case, but I've hit a roadblock and could really use your insights. Issue: The problem is with the texture and finish of the case. Each time I print, the surface comes out rough and uneven, with small bumps and ridges instead of the smooth finish I'm aiming for. I've tried adjusting the print speed and temperature, but the issue persists. Attempts to Fix: I've experimented with different filament types and print settings, yet no luck. I'm currently using PLA filament and have tried varying temperatures from 190°C to 210°C. Setup: My printer is a Prusa i3 MK3S, and I'm using Cura for slicing with a layer height of 0.2mm. If anyone has experience with this or can offer some tips on how to achieve a smoother finish on 3D printed objects, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, if there are any recommended settings or materials that work best for phone cases, please let me know! Thank you in advance for your help!
