  1. I am using motor which has flat shaft, and pulleys are properly tightened, no sign of slip. This problem is happening almost after 30Hrs. I think this may be because of stepper driver. (May be motor is stalling in between).
  2. Hi, I have this strange problem. After long duration of print, extruder shifts in X-axis direction. Please refer image. The cylinders shown by red lines are original lines and yellow line shows cylinders after shifting. Can anyone help me.
  3. Thanks for the help. The problem was with glass plate on top of hot bed. It was moving after few layers
  4. Hi, I am using Cura 13.11.2 on Win7(64 bit). I am getting very strange prints. After every 10-20 layers material is coming outside the print. can anyone help?
  5. Hello, I am using Win7-64 bit. Is anyone successful in building CuraEngine? Please post here the procedure to build it. Thanks, Aniket
  6. Hello Daid, I use HIPS for support material. So I can dissolve HIPS easily to get main material. Can you please make arrangement in next version to seal top of infill.
  7. Hello Daid, I am using Cura 13.10. Its really great work you did for support material. I have one query about support material. Can I close top of support material with 100% infill?
  8. Can we change the Extruder offset by any means? I am using Cura13.10 RC-1 on win7(64 bit). In earlier versions there was option in preference. Now I can see very few options there.

  10. Hello, I am trying to test Cura13.09 on Win7 (64 bit). I can create the GCode and Save it. But print window is not opening when I click on Print Button. Is this a known issue?
  11. I want to use 100k thermistor for sensing temperature hence I cant use Cura's default Marlin. Default Marlin uses Thermocouple. Thats why I need to modify my Marlin. I think problem lies in the G-Code generation. Following are some initial G-Codes generated while preparing for dual extrusion. M92 E865.888000 M140 S70.000000 M109 S220.000000 M190 S70.000000 Here M109 is used for setting target temperature. But in my case target temperature is given only for single extruder. Can anyone post their initial G-Code that has worked for dual extruder?
  12. Yes, I made that changes and restarted Cura too.But still its not working. I want to use thermistor as temperature sensor. Hence I cant use Cura's default Marlin. Can anyone post some initial gcodes that has been generated in which dual extruder is used.
  13. Hello, I am trying to use second extruder for support material. I made following changes in Marlin 1. In Configuration_adv.h #define EXTRUDERS 2 2. In Configuration.h #define TEMP_SENSOR_0 1 #define TEMP_SENSOR_1 1 #define TEMP_SENSOR_2 0 #define TEMP_SENSOR_BED 1 I could see two different extruder temperatures on LCD screen but as I give print command, second extruder is not heating at all. I tried using Cura 12.12A, Cura 13.06.4 but none of them worked. Can anyone help me to select correct Cura version.
