Thanks for the replies, I tested the fans with the fan control on the menu and they all seemed to work ok, from 0% up to 100%, I turned the dial very slowly and they both started spinning together and increased in speed, I will keep an eye on it with my next print.

Hi, it happened well after 5mm, one was spinning full speed, the other was not moving, I pushed it and it started moving, seems odd

Ok so I have noticed one of my side fans comes on and works, the other does not unless I give it a slight helping push then it starts spinning... Can anyone help me please?

gr5 I thank you for replying, the printer seems ok now, printing all ok Just a problem with one fan, it wasn't spinning, I touched it and it started spinning hmm

The feeder is biting chucks in to the filament, look like half semicircles

Recevied my UM2 a couple of days a go, totally new to all this 3D printing, had a problem with blocked nozzle to start with, managed to clear that, and seated the bowden tube firmly in to the print head so it does not move up and down, blue clip not really needed, printed the robot ok ish, and the ear ring file on the SD card, 210c, 60c bed, 50mm/s, any other settings I should note here? Noticed some grindy looking patches on the filament as its moving along the bowden tube, I guess this is from the feeder at the back of the machine, and wondering why this is happening? my little white things on the feeder are at the top position
