i didnt know it doesnt have a heated bed :(. so i dont think so. its a pain to print anything without it. i know had my heated bed broken a couple of times .

1small problem, atm the pt100b sensor has a small crack right where it exists the nozzle , thus the heater error is present, that doesnt let it heat .Most likely has to be replaced (40 Pounds from um2 shop).

Hello, the cables going into the heated bed on my ultimaker2 broke. I mean the rods that go inside broke so now all i have is the cables which dont fit into the sockets on the heated bed. Can i do something ? can those cables be replaced ? does a new heated bed come with new cables aswell?

My pt100 cable is half broken and when I push it in the nozzle heats up for about 20 sec then it stops and I get the error . So im guessing it's the pt100 cable right ?

ultimaker 2 gives me an error , I had some filament ooze in between the wires and everything that power the nozzle so now the white thinn wire is halfway burned . I tried support ticket gives me an error for Europe .

Hello , I would like to offer about 9 kg of abs multiple colors for sale . It was bought from filaprint in uk . They sell 1kg of abs for 25 euro . They are 3.00mm . Well , I have 1 printer ultimaker2, ii started looking it up in mid january and by the start of february i already had my ultimaker bough and by mid february i was already selling prints and taking orders worth 100 for small ones, even a big one for more than 1000euro for some personalised keychains (which i didnt do cuz it was to much for me at first).
So basically after 1 month now in march im confident this month i will make a profit of 500 pounds, although i hope for more.
So yes i think you can make loads of money with it, im just surprised you guys dont think so. im not on any site, i just made some advertising .
I do want to talk to other people who make money out of it so we can grow together.
Im in uk now.
Im not a designer , im the same as lance i trying to learn it but for now i just make stl's brought to me by customers, and i do work with a designer rarely.
Lance im curios in your designs , what kind of designs made the shops interested if i may ask?

Hello, i have a couple of ultimakers2 and im running quite a nice business with them which hopefully will only grow in the future.
Id like to get in contact with some other fellows who have started a business or already have a business and they want to grow more.
I would like to invest and partner up in some manner with someone who has clients and ideas but not enough money for all his demand .

All of a sudden after i downloaded another slicing program to try it out, my stl files dont open with cura . And i cant find the cura.exe to add it as open as default.
So now all i can do is go into cura and load model/.
Can someone help? Why doesnt cura have an exe ? i can only open it from my start menu in windows 7

How do you clean the outside of the nozzle? mine is all black now, and i cant really find anything to clean it with without taking it off.

Hello, im selling 2 used Ultimaker2 with no upgrades, i have been using them for 1 year in my business and they work extremely well. Selling because im Buying New printers.
Im from romania and i can ship anywhere in EU.
They will come in original boxes and With SD cards.
