  1. But how to check if temp sensor is destroyes and where is it located (on HBK PCB or Ultimaker shield). I have checked resistance between temp sensor wires and on a resistor of heated plate and they both show about 112 Ohm-if that has any importance.
  2. No that is´t the problem cause i have already tried that. If I have everything connected only the black wire that goes from shield to HBK PCB is disconnected i dont get max temp error, but i also have 0 C for bed temperature. As soon as I touch the connector with black wire a get the max temp message.
  3. My Ultimaker original worked fine until after 8 months of waiting i got and installed heated bed kit. The problem is that when everything is connected as it should be, ulticontroller shows MAX TEMP ERROR. If I disconnect the black wires that goes from heated plate to HBK PCB - ulticontroler shows 70 C/0C (the bed is cold, but it shows like it has 70 C). If I disconnect the cable that goes from Ulti. shield pins TEMP3 to HBK PCB pins BED I can heat the bed but cannot control the bed temperature (it heats up to max). I don`t know what is wrong. Is the HBK PCB destroyed? Is the whole HBK design so bed?
  4. I have problem with my heated bed (from Ultimaker). When I turn the printer on I get message MAX TEMP ERROR on Ulticontroler. If I disconnect the heat sensor of bed the ulticontroler shows 70 C/ 0 C for bed. I have already checked the resistance on heated plate and they are fine (112 Ohm) and also heated plate gets hot (so no problems with heated plate). I have checked different versions of Cura but no difference. I assume that I got the bed with broken heat sensor PT100. My question is if my assumption is right, and what to do now. Is the heat sensor part of PCB of heated bed kit? Would I need to replace PCB to solve this problem? Any suggestions or ideas for solution of this problem would be more then welcome.
