After installing my heated bed upgrade from UM my prints are being printed stretched out. i think it is because it takes to big steps. So my prints become way too long and under-extruded. how do i fix this?

Today i upgraded to the UM heated print bed. An it works perfectly fine, the only problem i am having is that after installing the new Z motor my prints come out too long and under extruded. I think it has something to do with the amount of distance moved per Z step. How can i fix this?
