The title describes it all, although I'll explain a bit what I mean. For example, I have a piece I want to print that's about 90 x 40 x 40 mm and in Cura version 15.04.05, it'll only take about two hours. However, if I put it in Cura 2.3.0 (at the same settings as far as I can tell), it seems like it will take about 3.5 hours. Is there a drastic difference in the slicer that does that? It just seems strange to me, considering my settings look identical in both programs.
Hey all! So recently I decided to print some bowling pins found on Thingiverse, but when printed from the Ultimaker2, there is a strange cylindrical base on the round bottom that really takes away from the aesthetic part of things. It still appears at a smaller size, so it is something in the gcode or how the printer handles the model. On my Zortrax M200, I do not have this issue. So my question is, How can I fix this issue? Is there a setting in Cura I can change? I have attached pictures to show what I mean. The blue print is from the Zortrax and the white one is from the Ultimaker2+
