Hi, Since 2 days my Ultimaker 2 is not recognized by windows and this message appear each time i try to connect it "Device Descriptor Request Failed ..." I've tried to reinstall Cura and drivers without success. Also tried to connect on a mac... not recognized Can someone help me? Thanks a lot.
