Hey guys. I'm running an Ultimaker 2+, and I noticed that my extrusion just wasn't happening. So I pulled apart my print head, and I noticed that there were actual metal fragments inside the plastic coupler. After I removed the pieces, it of course started printing flawlessly again. Did anyone else have this problem? Just curious if I should be concerned, or would like to know what part broke, or if I need to replace it.

Hello! I have noticed that my UM2+ is starting to underextrude a bit. It only underextrudes from time to time, and I believe I have isolated the cause to the PTFE coupler. However, I have also noticed some black material on top of the printhead coupling plate/under the hot end isolator, and am wondering if it is due to the PTFE couple degradation or causing a clog?
