It always *was* there (photo from v3.4.1) ...and also in Material->Diameter ...so I could "override" the machine settings using Material->Diameter ....but Material->Diameter seems to have gone on 3.6 so you *have* to set it in machine settings.. ....at least I believe that's the case but would like sanity confirmation because the popup help in 3.6 seems to imply it can still be overriden:
