Thank you. We did try to pull of the tube and run the advance filament, but it did not work. I think we are stuck with your solution. Thanks again for helping.

The filament was not coming out of the nozzle so we disconnected the Bowden and cleaned out the old filament, but we had to cut it off at the feeder and now the piece of filament is stuck in the feeder and we cannot figure out how to get it out. It’s a Ultimater 2 GO and I sure as hell don’t want to take the feeder apart. What can we do to fix this and move on? THanks.
