My Ultimaker 3 Extended Will not extrude material

took the feeder apart, spring monster jumped out and gave me a fright, but no obtruding filament buts to report. -
I have tried: unloading and loading the material, changing the printcore temp, replacing the printcore itself I am using black Nylon Filament from ultimaker, with an AA 0.4 Printcore. Any help is much appreciated.
