  1. $2250 - Ultimaker S3 3D Printer + filament (most partially used, a couple unopened) I bought this during the pandemic and used it sparingly to print CPAP adapters, PAPR adapters, face shield clips, and respirator brackets. I'd say I used about 5 or 6 Ultimaker spools of filament over the time I've used it so it's not seen a lot of wear and tear. I'm also selling all the filament I've purchased for the printer as well (only a couple are unopened, the rest are partially used and have been kept in a climate controlled space to maintain integrity of material). I can open the box and take pics of the nozzles and any other parts as needed—just let me know. Ideally, I'd prefer to sell this to someone locally to avoid shipping costs but if someone from out of town really wants it, let me know. 2. I'm trying to print a 3d file that has two parts that join together like a dovetail joint. When I print the file on an Ultimaker 3S using PLA, the pieces are a couple millimeters too large and don't fit together. However when I print the same model with similar settings on a FlashForge (also with PLA), the pieces slide together snuggly. I can provide some more details but generally speaking, is there a simple solution to preventing 3D prints from slightly expanding? Again, most of the settings for the model are similar (I'm using Cura for the Ultimaker and Simplify3D for the FlashForge). Any suggestions would be appreciated.
  3. A local maker space in the DC area, Nova Labs, had put out a call for volunteers to help make personal protection equipment (PPE) for the area hospitals, clinics, and COVID-19 testing facilities. My new Ultimaker 3S arrived with perfect timing allowing me to start cranking out parts for 3D face shields, ear savers (for those face masks that pull on the ears too much), and powered air respirator (PAPR) adapters. The Ultimaker has worked flawlessly since production started and hope to keep it busy as long as it's needed.
