I had this issue until tonight when I finally fixed it for myself. I had virtualization turned on in order to run VMs, but I no longer need it. After resetting BIOS back to defaults, which only disabled virtualization, it no longer crashes. I don't remember the exact setting name (Sorry!), but I hope this helps someone else! I'm running: Windows 10 Ryzen 5 3600 RTX 2060 16GB RAM
