I use a postscript file in order to run the gcode on Tiertime UP BOX plus. Would that be the source of the problem?

Hi, I noticed there are these green dots along the path of my inner wall which I think is causing some blobs on my surface. Could anyone tell me what they are? I only see them when I import gcode already generated by Cura. When I was slicing it I didn’t see them.
