  1. I set up some custom print profiles to reduce the distance between lines to create a more solid looking print as well as some special brim, infill, and temperature settings. However I have a model with a thin wall that when printing with the standard profile is 2 lines thick, but when I use my custom profile it does not slice.
  2. So I replaced the nozzle again, and it seems to be printing properly. Thought the issue was in the gcode because of the diagonal pattern that I was seeing. Maybe there was a piece of metal in the first nozzle that was causing the issue.
  3. It is a Creality CR-10. When printing the feeder gear is slipping.
  4. I recently had a problem with a nozzle that got clogged and I couldn't clear. So I purchased a new nozzle and got everything good to go. I tried a couple of prints and I'm having a really strange problem. The shell is not printing properly. I've tried changing settings, and even set the shell to be 1.2 mm thick and it keeps printing super thin and flimsy. The strangest thing is the shell is printing with a pattern of diagonal lines going up that are alternating thin and thick like a mesh. They are also not fusing to each other so I can see each individual shell line that was printed. The shell is resilient enough to not pull apart when I move them, but the prints squish and are flexible when they are suppose to be ridged. 70% cubic infill and it feels like a spring with PLA. I was printing a part that was suppose to be durable and resist pulling a door.
