I tried to edit top post, it wouldn't let me. You must open the config gear next to support option. In the upper right hand corner select Advanced. it should now appear in support structure.

No there is no option. I updated to 4.8 and I can not find it either. You can select Generate support support placement; touch buildplate, everywhere support overhang angle
