  2. Hi there, I'm pretty new to 3D printing and only got my printer a few days ago, so quite a lot of this is pretty new to me. I wanted to print a toy bed for my child, which contains quite some bridges, so I started to have a look at some bridging test from thingiverse. From what I have read on the net, bridges should get created with slower movement than other parts and with less extrusion, so the filament gets more time to cool. When I slice the above mentioned part in Cura, the bridge speed is very high though (much higher than any of the walls). I already thought I might have changed some settings that cause this, but this happens to me even after deleting my Cura configuration directory and starting with a fresh configuration. Also - even after checking/changing the experimental bridge settings, those settings don't seem to have any effect. Due to the fast speed in combination with the reduced flow rate the bridges in the sample mentioned above are working, but are very thin. (only printed until the first 3 bridges had finished) Your help would be very much appreciated!
