I just discovered the layer height colour scheme. This confirmes there are different layer heights in the model... Adaptive layer height is off. How can I prevent this from happening?

Hello, I want to print this model, but for some reason it looks like the layer heights are uneven when sliced. You can already see it in Cura (see picture). The exact same uneven layer heights that you can see in Cura, appear on the 3D printed model. Is there a way to fix this in the settings of Cura? It is important for me to get a smooth print.
