How to back up your printing profiles and will updating to 4.8 delete the existing profiles?

Hello Forum, I would like to update my 3D printer which came with 4.7 Cura to 4.8. Before I do that I would like to back up my profiles for printing that I have created and know work. How do you do that? Will updating my copy of Cura to 4.8 erase my existing profiles? Thank you.
