I agree, not a great arrangement. I went ahead and did that, they sent out a new cable.

I noticed the plug end was coming out, so I disconnected the Bowden tube clips and taped down the connectors. Even with connectors fully seated, I am still experiencing ER80 in >30% of my prints.

I've been experiencing this issue frequently. This is not good as it is causing us to loose valuable time on projects (a failed print can set us back 2 or 3 days) and at the cost of $50-70 in material. I've seen this failure 5 times over the course of a month.

@ctbeke I have resolved the issue, it was an issue with the network firewall. All is well now.

After slicing in Cura, and selecting Print to cloud, I receive the confirmation message in Cura that the job was sent successfully to the printer, but the job does not come up in the Digital Factory que.
Nozzle offset probe failed.

We've been fighting this same issue. Our printer was great for ~9mos now it is nothing but problems. The entire hot end assembly was changed - both cores, hot end board, inductive sensor, fans, all new. Customer service blamed it on bent fan wires(???) and bad power - We have two printers 80 miles apart and both have the same issue. My solution is a custom profile and disable core 2. We're moving on to Bambu Labs. All the performance, 1/10 the cost.
