  1. I'm sorry if I was confusing, I don't mean if you can remove the whole build surface/object after a pause. I am asking if can hit pause and/or program a pause at layer and then while it's paused have the axis move. So I am wanting to be able to pause print > move x,y, and/or z axis > place object in print > resume print If all the printer does is pause and keep the nozzle and print head directly over the print, then I can't put anything like a magnet inside the print due to the print head blocking access
  2. Awesome glad to hear the build surface and nozzle can be swapped out so easy. Does anyone know for sure / have experience with this model printer and can say if the build surface can be moved up/down or side to side after the pause?
  3. Hello, I am in the market for a new 3d printer and am considering the S2+ connect. My apologies if this isn't the correct subforum but it seems to be the best fit. I recently sold my PulseXE as I was unhappy with a re-occuring software glitch that was damaging the printer. Before the damage it was printing great and I was happy with it. I am looking for a printer that prints well, and above all is reliable. The only materials I have much interest in using are PLA, some PETG, and matterhacker's NylonX. As of now I don't have too much interest (or budget) for a dual extrusion style printer so therefore I have my eyes on the S2+ connect with air manager. I do have a few requirements for the printer but the only "reviews" I can find on YouTube/online so far are just unboxing videos... -during the middle of a print, can I pause the print and move the print away from the nozzle? I have multiple designs that involve pausing the print, placing a magnet in a printed hole/slot and then printing over that magnet embedding the magnet in the print -Am I able to easily use other print surfaces with the s2+ connect? I can't find any good up close pictures/videos of how the glass bed attaches. The garolite bed from Matterhackers worked amazing with the NylonX. -I understand the S2+ connect comes with olson brass nozzles and various diameter nozzles are available as well. My concern is the NylonX damaging these fast. I had an olson ruby nozzle with the PulseXE and would love to continue using one. Is something like that available or an option with the S2+ connect? Thanks to all who take the time to read/reply.
